Re : Request assign notification not sent from time to time

Unfortunately it still doesn't work as expected.

I wonder if i change default group to blank will it work. I've noticed that if i enter into request details then choose "assign" i can choose technician and group together. And on main screen i can choose only technician (not group).
So i think i could be this - default group set for every new request and assigning to technician from other group does not sent notification for this technician.
