Re : New Install ServiceDesk Plus won't start

Hi,

Apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please try the below step and then start the application and see if this works.

1. Stop the application.

2. Delete the extracted folder found under [ServiceDesk Home\Bin]

3. Start the application.

Now see if this fixes the issue, if the issue still persist, then please share us your details to support@servicedeskplus.com, so that we can assist you further.
