I have been plagued by the exact same problem for almost a month now. In
my case I do not have any sender does not contain criteria. I only have
sender is, sender contains and subject contains. The funny bit is that
under the sender is i have around 7 addresses and it works for some and
doesn't work for others. Now these addresses are all dummy addresses we
use for alerts so unfortunately I am unable to close any request because
SDP sends the notification to the address and it thus bounces back open
the ticket again. The only alternative is deleting the ticket which is
not an option.
Can you give me a temp solution to this problem? It was all working fine till i upgraded to 8217.
