Re : AD Users cannot see their requests

Matt,

User would have got duplicated. User information is overwriteen based on Email address or Login name +Domain name. If both of these details are different for the user then it is added as a new user.

We can provide you a User merging tool to merge the duplicated accounts. Please send an email to support@servicedeskplus.com along with this forum post.

May I know the build number from Help-->About
