We have same problem with new Lucene Search Engine (search
in Request Description).

Execution "reindex.bat AllModule" helps for a while, after some time search is not working again with
new requests.
When the index stopped (search does not
working with new requests), files in folder \ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\LuceneIndex\Request_index
not updates – why?
After execution "reindex.bat AllModule" ) files in folder \ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\LuceneIndex\Request_index was updated and continue updates every 2 min.
But files in folder
\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\LuceneIndex\Solution_index was updated only once time
Problems with the Search has a negative impact on the work.
How can we solve this issue?
