DepartHead will be a Service Request approver and this option cannot be removed for now.
Say you have 3 Sites and each site as a Training Department. Training Department in each Site as a Department Head. When a requester from Site A who belong to IT Dept choose Training template, the Approval will be sent to the Stage 1 approver.
If you have configured Stage one Approver as $DeptHead, the approval email will be sent IT Deptarment's Department head of Site A.
If you want the other way round, Training Department head as to receive the Approval email, then you have to Remove the Department head from the Training Department. When this is removed, the user will not be a Service Request approver. You have manually enable Service Request approver option for them.
In the training template, configure Stage 1 approver as Training Dept head's name. Now when the Requester uses Training template, approval email will be sent Training Dept head.
