Open ReindexData.bat and search for this parameter
set JAVA=%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java
Now change %JAVA_HOME% with the installation directory of Servicedesk. Say Servicedesk path is C:\ManageEngine\Servicedesk
Then change the parameter as set JAVA=C:\ManagEngine\Servicedesk\bin\java.
Save the file. Restart the application once. Stop the application and then invoke reindexData.bat solution from the command Prompt. Check whether this issue is fixed.
