You have to make sure when ServiceDesk Plus fetches the e-mail,the from address should be hardware@domain.com.If you still have issues,please re-create the scenario and immediately generate the logs under Support\Support file and send it across to our Support Team at support@servicedeskplus.com to further analyze the issue.
