Try adding Servicedesk URL in Local intranet sites in IE. Send me support file from Support tab and jespa.log from SDP-home/logs folder

I also need the screen shot of the SSO configuration. May I know the Domain name that gets listed when you press ctrl+alt+del in your Windows machine.
