Re : Schedule Request Status Change doesn't work

Did you check the same option in different browser. Is there any POP-up blocker enabled in the Browser.

Try to click on the Onhold schedule icon next to the Request status in request view and check whether it is displayed properly.

Also check whether there is any Errors displayed on the Page when you change the status to Onhold.
