Hi,

        This issue is not reproduced in our end, so kindly send your backup data to analyze the issue.

You can connect to http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com and select ServiceDesk Plus from the Send to: drop down list.
Type in the email address in Your Email Address: field.
Type the ticket id (Request Id) for upload, in the Reason field.
Finally, choose the file that you wish to upload and click Upload.
