internal server error 500 after upgrade from 9001 to 9010

Hi all,

just thought I would let everyone know. since upgrading to 9010 I was unable to assign or pickup tickets. kept getting the interal 500 error.

I was advised to:

stop SDP service

 rename the extracted folder under \ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\applications

restart SDP service


this resolved my problem.
