Re : Cannot restore data to pgsql

Stop the application completely. Open Command Prompt with Run as Administrator option and then execute the RestoreData.bat. Browser for the backup file and restore the Data.

In case of any issue send me the complete screen shot of Command prompt where you invoked RestoreData.bat
