I’ve recently downloaded the Manage Engine Standard Software but seem to be having a few issues configuring the requester details. I'm a fairly new user so please bare with me.
The first problem I have is although I’ve added ther additional fileds of Business Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2 and Postoce into the ‘Common Additional Fields’ section. When I then go to ‘Users’, ‘Add New Requester’ the fields appear but in a random order? I want to be able to amend the ‘Add New Requester’ template to change this order. I also want to remove some fileds such as employee id, cost details etc.
The second proble I have is I’m unable to add any additonal fields to the ‘Requester Details’ on the Incident Template. I basically want to be able to associate a site address with a requester so that when a new incident is logged the requester address automatically appears in the incident template when the users name is typed in.
Any help would be appreciated.
