Re : ServiceDesk Plus and mail formatting

Send me the Support file from Support tab as soon as that request gets fetched inside Servicedesk.

May I know the Mail Server and Mail Client that you are using.

Is it possible to get the Page source of that mail without formatting from the Mail client being sent?

Does this mail looks properly formatted in the mail client/
