Re : Error when restoring production data to a test environment

Please upload your backup data to further troubleshoot this issue


To upload the files, follow the steps below:

For files within 10GB

1. Go to http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com
2. Select ServiceDesk Plus in the product drop-down list.
3. Provide your email address in Your Email Address: field.
4. Type the Request Id 7121172, in the Reason field.
5. Choose the file that you wish to upload and click Upload. Let me know the File link you received after uploading the file
