Re : Problems logging in new technician

Richard,

5 technician who are not Active means you have removed their login. Please check whether the domain name mapped to the technician is in Upper case. If the domain is in lower case, edit it and change the same under admin-->Windows domain scan.

If this issue still persist, send me the Support file from support tab when the technician is unable to login.
