Hi Lance,
Go to Admin > Mail Server Settings >
Stop Fetching and save the settings. Now start email fetching,
generate the support file immediately and send it to us for analysis.
To generate support file, go to Support > Support File.
Note: Send the logs to support@servicedeskplus.com, mention the
request id 7128783 in your email.
