Hi!
I have a problem with sending notification to business
users after techical specialist resolved or closed requests.
Business users do not receive or the system does not send email
notifications.
This problem
appeared a few days ago. I use SDP about 4 month (version 9.0,
build 9016). Exchange Server version is 2013.
