Re : Requester List Empty in Problem Module Only

      Please re-create the issue, try accessing the requester list via the problem form and then generate the support file. To create the support file, go to Support > Support File. Send the support file to support@servicedeskplus.com for further analysis. In your email, mention the request id 7142590.
