Hi,
I request you to try the below steps and let us
know the status.
# Stop the ManageEngine Servicedesk plus Service.
# Open command prompt (Right click run as an administrator)
# Go to ManageEngine\Servicedesk\bin and execute the command RUN.BAT.
# Wait till all the Service starts and finally try to access the URL.
# Once the URL is connected press CTRL + C in the command prompt to
stop all the Service
# Now Start the ManageEngine Servicedesk plus Service wait for 5
min and connect to the URL and check whether the application works fine
If you receive any error message in the command prompt please take
a screenshot and attach it along with the mail.
