The system logs once deleted will get removed completely from the database. Also the snapshot you have taken is after the deletion of the system logs, which will not be helpful.
Since there is no way to restore the deleted system logs, we suggest you not to restore any of your old snapshots, as there will be a huge difference in your production data.
