Apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please send us the following details to support@servicedeskplus.com along with this forum link for analysis.
1. Please go to Admin->Active Directory and send us the screen shot.
2. From the command prompt of the ServiceDesk Server machine execute IPCONFIG /ALL and send us the screen shot of the same.
3. The jespa.Log found under [ServiceDesk Home\Logs].
