It seems that any searches we try to do for our Requests will not return
results that are after Nov 18. You can locate the tickets when viewing
"All Requests", but the search function will not return them.
An update was done around that time, and we had to work with support to
get functionality again. I'm not sure of the details, but if needed,
I can get them for you. Currently running 9.0
