Re : iPhone App - 401 error on Tasks only

Hello,

We have attempted to uninstall and reinstall without a change in result.  We are still receiving the Request Failed: unauthorized (401) message when clicking on the Tasks section of a ticket.  As well as no Push Notifications are being received.

Please refer to Request ID 7172787 in your ServiceDesk Support system to see my initial inquiry about this issue and what has been attempted thus far.  In short I have tried numerous different Proxy configurations including removing them all together.  I have tried renaming the extracted folder under C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\applications.  And we have tried uninstalling the iOS SDP application numerous times.  All attempts have not corrected the issue.

Please advise on what might be the next option to attempt.  We would really like to use both the Tasks feature and the iOS Push Notifications of the iOS SDP application.
