Hi,
Run a reindexdata.abt from SDP-home/bin folder. Stop the application.
Go to command prompt and execute the command in Servicedesk Server
cmd>C;\ManageEngine\Servicedesk\bin>reindexData.bat Solutions
Start the application and search the solution.
