On the server where you executed the command, kindly open services.msc and right click on the windows service that says 'Manageengine ServicedeskPlus' and select Properties. Send me the screenshot of it please.
I doubt the location where the Servicedesk is installed is different, we can check that from the installation path of Servicedesk service property window.
