What was the previous build of ServiceDesk Plus that you were using?
Do you face performance related issues while importing users
from AD? How many users are there in the AD?
Please try importing users from AD once again, now in another
browser tab go to Support Tab and click Thread Dump. It will generate
the thread dump in a pop-up window, copy the content to a text doc and
send it to us for analysis.
