Sorry for the delayed response. We have introduced the Rest API V2 format for the tasks and mobile push notifications.

Previous URL      :  http://<SDP-server>:<port number>/sdpapi
New URL              :  http://<SDP-server>:<port number>/sdpapiv2

We doubt URL level restrictions in your network might be the root cause for the problem. Please get back to us for further assistance.
