I have been in touch with service desk help, Unfortunately i am still not understanding what needs to be done.
We have 2 departments IT and Facilities. IT has 6 Techs all the same level and facilities has 8 techs all the same level.
I need to know how do i set this up so when a requester logs in they can put a job into IT and only IT technicians can see the jobs or vice versa with facilities ?
Is there a way to designate where the job goes on the requester request page ?
We have over 400 Requesters so we cant have IT and Facilities jobs getting mixed together
