Re : Problem with workstations scanning (Asset)

Send the following details:

Take a machine which gives no response error while scanning. Send me the screen shot of the same with Error

Ping the machine with its name from the Servicedesk Server and send me the screen shot.

Make sure port 7 is opened on the client machines.
