Hi Steve,
Please login to the server and stop the
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service from the Services console
( Services.msc), rename the extracted folder to extracted_old
under C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\applications\, (C:\ is the
drive where ServiceDesk Plus is installed). Restart the application and check
if this works. |
