Re : Problem with workstations scanning (Asset)

714ws-Kitchen01 was scanned and the data was pushed to the Server. Please check the history of this machine and also check whether the machine details were overwritten. This machine was scanned using scan at startup and not using Scan option

714ws-Slep04: Scan request was not sent to the machine.

Make sure agent port is opened in all the client machines 9000.

Perform a telnet from Servicedesk to the client machines using port 9000 and check whether the port is opened.

telnet  714ws-Slep04 9000
