In the application all 'timings' are captured in unix time
format, that is number of milli seconds since 01-01-1970 00:00.
Depending upon the time zone preference the value will be shown up
properly. So I would request you to check what time zone is chosen for
the technician ?
However it could be a problem with the java time as you anticipate.
It would be better if we could see the response we receive from AD
server to investigate. Logs will be available on the file jespa.log
found under \Manageengine\Servicedesk\logs. Please mail us that to servicedeskplus-support@manageengine.com.
