Re : Domain Scan Failing - Unknown Username

Please check whether the account that you are using under Windows Domain scan in Servicedesk as Login to All computer permission in Active Directory.

Refer to the steps given below:

Stop the application

Rename the extracted folder under SDP-home/applications

Start the application. Check whether AD import works.
