Thanks for your interest in Manageengine Servicedesk Plus. I request you to follow the steps given and let us know the status for further assistance.
1. Login to the server where Servicedesk is installed and open services.msc and stop the service that says 'Manageengine ServicedeskPlus'.
2. Open command prompt(with elevated priviledge) and browse to Manageengine\Servicedesk\bin and type 'run.bat'.
Check whether all the containers get CREATED and STARTED. If yes, then press CTRL+C on the command prompt to stop the application and close the prompt. Then start the service of the application and check whether you are able to access the application.
If you have any issue in getting the application started still, then please send an email to eval@manageengine.com for immediate assistance.
