I request you to kindly recreate the issue by trying to access Servicedesk web address and when passthrough fails to work, send me the files requested below for anlaysis.
1. Immediately go to support tab and generate support file.
2. jespa.log file from Manageengine\Servicedesk\logs.
3. Screenshot of Admin --> Windows Domain Scan
Compress all these three files in to a single file and upload it to the link given below,
https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
On the description column enter the id number 7202359. I will check the files and will post an update.
