Re : Can't login using local administrator account

The issue has been successfully resolved with the help of Zoho Support.

In a nutshell, he has executed the SQL queries to modify the password and after restarting the SD+ service, we were able to log in once more.

I am not sure what mistake I have made using the queries but there had to be something there :-).

Anyway, thanks for the assistance.
