Sorry for the delay in response, when the webserver port and alias name is changed then automatically all the new notifications that are sent will carry the new port number and alias name. As it is not happening, I request you to send me the screenshot of the alias URL that you have configured under Admin --> Self Serviceportal Settings and also the screenshot of the email you received as notification for us to analyze.
In the meantime, kindly go to Admin --> Notification Rules --> Solution and edit the corresponding template and remove "$SolutionLink" and add a new one from the 'Choose Content Variables'.
