In the Database Server name give the Servername alone. Also you can install Servicedesk with Default database and then you can reconfigure the Database.

Stop the application after installation is completed and you are able to connect to the application via a browser

Invoke ChangeDBServer.bat file from SDP-home/bin folder. Select the Database as MSSQL and give the details.

Once the data is added. Click on Test and Save the settings in ChangeDBserver.bat Pop-up.

Start the application.
