You may need to recreate this scenario and then immediately create the logs under Support\Support File and send us the logs.You may try the other e-mail address support@servicedeskplus.com if the one mentioned is not working.I am having issues when running a custom report. I was editing and saving a custom report and now it will not run nor can I delete it. This report worked fine earlier in the week and now it will not run, an error message pops up every time i click 'Edit'...
It is possible that somebody edited that report and saved it under a different report folder.And today,we found that the default report which we created the custom report from is no longer in that folder!.
