Billy,

We require the backup file of the Application to further work on this case. Take a trimmed backup and upload the same.

Refer to the Steps given below to take the Trimmed backup

To upload the files, follow the steps below:

For files within 10GB or 100MB

1. Go to http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com
2. Select ServiceDesk Plus in the product drop-down list.
3. Provide your email address in Your Email Address: field.
4. Type the Request Id 7222752, in the Reason field.
5. Choose the file that you wish to upload and click Upload.

Note: If you are using MSSQL as the database for Servicedesk then take the SQL backup .bak file and upload it.
