Re : 'Last Update Time' not updating on requester/technician as expected

I tested the same issue in 9040 build and Last updated time gets updated on technician reply to the requester.

Refer to the steps given below and check whether this issue is fixed.

Stop the application

Rename the extracted folder under SDP-home/applications

Start the application.
