I did send email to both email addresses but didn't get any response, even without acknowledgement email! I've no idea what happened!
The request i submitted in the Web Self-Service Portal is closed today without any information provided when I checked it! Request ID 2737342
I am not sure what you mean 'It is possible that somebody edited that report and saved it under a different report folder' ... I admit that we are not quite clear on the report things and there may be some mistakes we made.
Could you please help to answer the following two questions? It seems this is the only place where i can get assistance...
- Why both the SDP support addresses not working for me? Are there any restrictions?
- How to delete the custom reports? I don't want to keep the incorrect report showing there, as I re-created another report today and it's working fine.
