Re : Schedule AD/LDAP import once in every.... NOT WORKING

Hi,

Please click on Import Requester from Active Directory once and click on Import now, then go for Add Users manually option, enter your login name and click on Start Import. Now check if this works.

If the issue still persist, try a complete import of all users again and check if you can enable schedule AD/LDAP import.
