Hi Minh,
After you take a backup on RHEL you need to restore it on an installation made in windows server 2008, kindly let me know whether the restore was successful. If you have got an error during the restore please share the screenshot with me to analyze. If the restore is completed successfully, then start the application from command prompt by following the steps given below,
1. Stop the service of the application from services.msc(if it is started by any chance).
2. Open command prompt with elevated priviledge, browse to Manageengine\Servicedesk\bin and execute run.bat
3. Wait until all the containers say they are CREATED and STARTED.
Please send me screenshot of the command prompt to assist further.
Regards
Charles
