Hi Frank,
A support group cannot be deleted if has requests and tasks associated with it, to remove the group from the application we will have to move all the requests/tasks to another group and only then we will be able to delete it. If this is fine, I request you to kindly send an email to support@servicedeskplus.com with your contact details we will send you the required queries to delete a support group.
Also mention this forum post on your email which will help us to identify the request.
