Re : Backup Scheduling doesn't show backups

Please change the backup location to the default backup location C:\ManageEngine\Servicedesk\backup

Assuming C:\ManageEngine\Servicedesk is the installation folder of Servicedesk. Save the settings and check whether schedule backup gets completed.

Once the backup is completed and you get the backup file in the backup folder, copy all the serverout files which were created approximately at the time of Schedule backup.
