Re : Error when processing mail stopped mail fetching

Hi Cahal,

I request you to kindly send your contact details to support@servicedeskplus.com so that we can call you to look in to the issue over remote session.

You can configure notification in the application under Admin --> Notification Rules and enable the one that says 'Send e-mail when an Application Error Occurs', this will notify you when the email fetching stops next time.
