Are there any updates to this request?
I'd like to streamline the workflow for technicians looking to
initiate requests from Service Desk. It is less than idea to create
the request, open the request, reply to the request, edit the default
template to look like the initial request rather than a reply, and
then send.
Instead, there should be an option when creating a request that
automatically sends a copy to the requester, essentially mirroring
email functionality of starting the email chain.
